CAN I USE THE CINEMA IN THE DAY?
Due to our setup being run by a projector, the only way to use in the day time is to setup indoors or in a garage and have the daylight blocked out. You can not use the setup out in the open daylight as it's not possible to see the picture until the sun starts to go down. Please Google your date and sunset time to give you an estimate time to start your party.
HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED FOR THE OUTDOOR INFLATABLE CINEMA?
Its good to have a nice amount of space so it doesn't feel over cramped, the cinema itself is 1.9m high x 2.5m wide x 1.2m depth. The projector needs to be positioned at least 4 meters away. The equipment can be set up indoors or on grassed lawn to be pegged into the ground or we can set up on paving or decking given the screen can be secured.
CARE OF GOODS!
When we deliver we will setup the cinema screen in your desired location as long as we deem it safe for the equipment. Please keep pets away from setup to avoid any damage to the cinema.
We will setup the projector and show you how to operate it but this must stay inside undercover until the movie is played, if it rains you are not allowed to take or play this setup outside under any circumstances or you will be responsible for costs to fix or replace.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
We are constantly checking the weather radar before your party and if it’s raining the morning of your party we have a couple of options.
If you give us enough notice of postponement, we will change the date of your event if bad weather threatens your plans. Our 2.5 meter inflatable screen is of a good size and if it rains the screen can be setup inside your house, if not we recommend you plan an alternative undercover or indoor venue, You can use cinema screen in the open given bad rain but electronics need to be undercover.
While the cinema screen is fine to get wet and be out in the rain, unfortunately it's bad winds that we have to really look out for as it cannot withstand winds over 30kms per hour.
If in the event this isn't an option we unfortunately we don't offer refunds due to bad whether but are happy to give you a full credit note of the full amount your party cost to be used at a later date, valid up to 12 months.
If the weather changes while you are in charge, make sure to bring the electronics inside immediately. The cinema only needs to be moved if there's bad winds and the area isn't protected from the wind, if that's the case, keep the cinema inflated and move carefully inside or undercover with 2+ people. If the cinema is moved from grass to hard ground such as concrete please put use a rug or soft surface underneath the cinema screen.. If the cinema is unable to be kept inflated to get inside or stay inflated in your home upon pick up then your security deposit will be given back via bank transfer once we’ve inflated it back at home and checked there’s no holes or issues.
WHAT PAYMENT IS REQUIRED?
We require a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your date. We do not accept credit cards.
We prefer bank transfers for deposits and cash at time of hire.
A fully refundable security bond of $100 is due on setup. This is payable at the time of setup and is returned when we come back and pickup.
CANCELLATION OF A PARTY
If you need to cancel a party that is OK with us, we do not give refunds for any money paid but do offer a credit note for the full amount, if in the event for some reason cancelation is at my request I will give you a full refund back to your nominated account.
DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY & SETUP?
Yes. Our package prices include delivery and set up, we return the following day to pack up.
Set up and pick up is usually between 7am-10am but times will be confirmed the day before.
WHAT IS THE HIRE PERIOD?
Standard hire period is for one night.
Multiple nights can be discussed.
