CAN I USE THE CINEMA IN THE DAY?

Due to our setup being run by a projector, the only way to use in the day time is to setup indoors or in a garage and have the daylight blocked out. You can not use the setup out in the open daylight as its not possible to see the picture until the sun starts to go down. Please Google your date and sunset time to give you an estimate time to start your party. 

HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED FOR THE OUTDOOR INFLATABLE CINEMA?

Its good to have a nice amount of space so it doesn't feel over cramped, the cinema you need a length of about 3 meters and about 2 meters width just for the screen, this can be on grassed lawn to be pegged into earth or we can set up on paving or decking given the screen can be secured. 

CARE OF GOODS FROM THE OUTDOOR CINEMA.

When we deliver your party hire we will setup the cinema screen in your desired location, the screen zips off and is required to stay off until close to when your guests are arriving, once the movie is over again the screen must be zipped off. 

We will setup the projector but this must stay inside undercover until the movie is played, if it rains you are not allowed to take or play this setup outside under any circumstances or you will be responsible for costs to fix or replace.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

We are constantly checking the weather radar before your party and if it’s raining the morning of your party we have a couple of options.

If you give us enough notice of postponement, we will change the date of your event if bad weather threatens your plans. Our 2.5 meter inflatable screen is of a good size and if it rains the screen can be setup inside your house, if not we recommend you plan an alternative undercover or indoor venue, as per photos on main page you can use cinema screen in the open given bad weather but electronics need to be undercover.

If in the event this isn't an option we unfortunately we don't offer refunds due to bad whether but are happy to give you a full credit note of the full amount your party cost to be used at a later date, valid up to 12 months.

WHAT PAYMENT IS REQUIRED?

We require a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance to be paid 7 days prior to your party date.

A fully refundable security bond of $100 is due on setup. This is payable at the time of setup and is returned when we come back and pickup.

CANCELLATION OF A PARTY 

If you need to cancel a party that is OK with us, we do not give refunds for any money paid but do offer a credit note for the full amount, if in the event for some reason cancelation is at my request I will give you a full refund back to your nominated account.

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY & SETUP?

Yes. Our package prices include delivery and set up, we return the following day to pack up. Delivery is included within 45 minutes of Gymea. For delivery outside this area, please contact us for a quote for delivery.

Some areas will require travel using tolled roads and this is calculated at time of booking and is added to invoice and payable by client. 

 

WHAT IS THE HIRE PERIOD?

Standard hire period is for one night.

Given its just myself and I can sometimes have multiple bookings in one day so setup times may be varied, if you need a specific time this can be discussed in advance. 

Please contact us prior to party when holding your date to avoid disappointment to discuss setup time.
